Contact forms

When you provide your personal information, you consent that it can be used for the purposes of providing the service for which you have contacted Local Business Rescue. We shall become the authorised holder of such information. All information provided by you via this website, including your Name, Email, Telephone number and Address remain private for use by Local Business Rescue Ltd and its FCA approved partners. You can request to see if we have any information of yours stored on our servers at any time by contacting us.

How long we retain your data

If you have used one of our contact forms and left a message you are able to request a copy of that message unless we have already deleted it. We are not obliged to retain all messages indefinitely and as such ‘Contact Us Form’ messages are subject to regular deletion. If we are currently holding any information about you, a copy can be sent to you via email if desired, containing all information currently on our system. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Additional information

This site utilises caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site.
